Attendance Policy

 

Members can miss up to 3 meetings with valid reason as long as the club is notified at least 24 hours before hand. 

 

Members that have another extra curricular/academic commitment during Mondays at lunch can speak with the President of the club about these absences. If granted permission to do both activities, the member must still commit to at least half of the lunch meetings as well as all the other requirements. 

 

If you are going to miss a meeting, you can text, email, or fill out the information box underneath with the reason you need to miss the meeting. Please do so at least 24 hours before the meeting! (under subject just put the month of the meeting you will be missing)
